If you enjoy maths at school and like to solve problems, you might like to study maths at university. Having a maths degree is very highly regarded which means that you will have lots of opportunities when it comes to finding a career.
As well as core maths that you look at now in school, university students have the option to learn about economics, finance and statistics where they learn about how money works in the real world and how to gather information about people through counting and numbers. Students studying this subject would learn in many different ways including attending lectures and seminars, practical and problem-solving classes, and working in groups.
